“Jueves con la DRII” is a strategy offered by the Directorate of International Affairs to give our students an international experience at home. This initiative promotes relevant information about study abroad programs, language courses, culture and way of life, offered by embassies, international agencies and governmental bodies for the purpose of giving students the opportunity to learn different cultural backgrounds without having to leave their home university.

In this semester two talks about opportunities and scholarships to study abroad were held: “Study in Aotearoa New Zealand” and “Scholarship Opportunities in Korea”.

On May 11th, 2023, La Salle University received the visit of the New Zealand Ambassador in Colombia, Ms. Nicci Stilwell, in order to discuss cooperation opportunities. After that meeting Ms. Javiera Visedo, the Director of Engagement, Latin America Education New Zealand, Ms. Javiera Visedo, gave a lecture about the Manaaki New Zealand Scholarships.
