In an effort to leverage external resources and strategic alliances for projects in academia, research and student-faculty development, Universidad de La Salle has worked with its partners in different international cooperation opportunities and applications.
As a direct result of these efforts, Universidad de La Salle was awarded a grant from the National Ministry of Science (MinCiencias) to implement the project "Housing module for nature tourism in Yopal - Casanare: Participation and digital manufacturing processes for the construction of rural habitat", in partnership with the Hocheschule Lippe (Germany).
The project will explore architectural solutions to with aims to promote and explore the potential of eco-tourism in the rural areas of Yopal – Casanare, Colombia, and will include international exchange of experts from both institutions in Colombia and Germany.
